2009 storytelling contest - win the right to have the best 2009 storytelling video.

Do you or some you know have a great video of your storytelling for our contest?

I am holding a video contest on here in the NING. The winner of the contest will receive one set of the 13 interviews available on CD that were sold at the national storytelling festival marketplace tent. This contest is being held in celebration of some of the sweet stuff that has been happening in the NING when I or and most everyone else was not looking.

my method of telling

I tell the story to kids and make them understand toe moral and meaning of it. Then I make them to perform and act like they r those characters.

My involvement with storytelling links to childhood listening to family stories. Gosh my Mom and Aunts and Uncles have good memories! My maternal grandparents were from Tennessee/Kentucky. They passed on stories they had learned as well as great reminisces. When I became an early childhood educator I enjoyed storytelling with children and looked for ways to increase my ability.
